OFFICIAL TRADE FASHION

HONG KONG SHOWROOM AND OFFICE

Our client, Official Trade Fashion, is an importer and exporter of casual wear apparel with major markets in Europe and Asia. Our goal is to create a rustic, industrial gallery space that not only showcases the garments but also provides a welcoming environment for meetings.

To develop the industrial ambiance, we preserved the existing concrete ceiling, installed seamless cement flooring, and painted the full-height window frames in matte black to match the style and to create a sense of spaciousness. White-painted walls were added between the exposed raw brick columns, providing the perfect backdrop to showcase various outfits.

In terms of details, we designed a series of bespoke raw metal fixtures featuring exposed hex head screws, including hanger bars and hooks for jeans, a closet frame, and movable racks for jackets. We also created a centerpiece drawer unit and incorporated a couple of vintage school chairs for displaying folded sweaters.

To enhance the industrial aesthetic while delivering distinct moods for each zone, we used a mixture of light fixtures, including theater spotlights for general lighting, garage-style pendant lights for jeans, and barn house pendant lamps above the meeting table.

Finally, we placed a comfortable vintage leather Chesterfield sofa in the sitting corner, where it is bathed in natural light, providing an ideal spot for casual meetings.
